If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Payments and Purchases

a. One-Time Purchases

InvoiceFast may offer premium templates or features for a one-time fee. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

b. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). InvoiceFast does not store full payment card details.

c. Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect completed purchases.

7. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with a purchase, you may contact support for assistance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, templates, and software associated with InvoiceFast are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute premium templates
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use InvoiceFast branding without permission

9. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business invoicing needs.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use automated systems (bots, scraping tools) without permission

InvoiceFast may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvoiceFast from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
